Despite being new, we have not compromised on the quality of our breads. Kanan Baking Company, formerly known as Wildflour Bakery & Cafe, began as a small retail store in Southern California with a mission to serve high-quality, preservative-free, kosher pareve bread to the local communities. As their reach expanded, they continued their mission to create products that bring people together. Today, they are known for their great breads and great ideas.
